既存の百合ゲーの多くは「お姉さま」な世界を甘甘な雰囲気で包み込む的なつくりが主流ですが、本ゲームではツンデレのクレハ、クールなノエルといったキャラの特性を生かし、いわゆる「ギャルゲー的」な様々なシチュエーションを楽しむことができるように作成します。これによって百合ゲーユーザーへの楽しみも残しつつ、純粋な原作ファンの方へのハードルも低く設定されています！
マルチビューシステム
プレイヤーは、好きなキャラクターの視点で物語を追うことができます。同じ事件でも視点が変われば見え方も変わってきますし、それに対する行動も変わってきます。これによってシナリオをより多角的に楽しむことができます！
マルチカップリングエンド
本作の特徴に「百合的な要素満載」という事を前述いたしましたが、エンディングの際に各キャラ同士の「好感度」のバランスによって様々なカップリングエンドを見ることができます！さらに「好感度」によっては、同時カップリング成立なんて事も起こるかもしれません！
マルチハーモニーシステム
本ゲームではシナリオの進行と共に各キャラの「演奏力」も上がっていきます｡「演奏力」が上がることで実際に演奏中に流れるＢＧＭの質も変化します。つまりこのゲームでは「完成されていく演奏」を耳でも楽しめるわけです！
ゲームオリジナルキャラクター
今回のPSP用のゲームでは「6番目の砦の乙女」とも言うべきオリジナル新キャラクターが登場します。名前は九音綺莉重（クオンキリエ）｡彼女はリオの過去に関わるだけでなく、演奏会でも大きな役割を果たすことになります。キャラクターボイスには井上麻里奈さんを起用する予定です。
