人気アニメ『一騎当千』シリーズを題材にしたゲームシリーズの第3弾。2Dのスクロールアクションの遊びやすさをさらに洗練しつつ、キャラクターや闘気必殺技、コスチューム破壊、モードなど数々の追加要素を搭載している。ストーリーは、アニメ『一騎当千 Great Guardians』後の関東を舞台に、オリジナルキャラ・阿斗を中心としたオリジナルのストーリーが展開。プレイアブル闘士は前作から6人増えて22人に! さらに新たな要素として、闘気必殺技でボスをフィニッシュして衣装がはだけると、今作からは"カットインが揺れる"という演出が加わっている。また、アドホックモードによる2人協力プレイも可能になった。

Due to the immense popularity of the first PSP game in the series, the developers are putting more effort, more girls and more costumes into this second installment.

Choose a pair of your favourite characters and take them on this 2D Belt scrolling action, let the girls cooperate with each other to launch combos, or switch them in and out to let the player character rest.

22 girls will join the battle with a complete new plot. Warriors who were out of the game are back with new skin tight dresses. Watch the fully voiced cut-ins when you launch sure kill attacks and see what damage you do to your opponents and their clothings. Beware, though, your opponents can do the same to you.
